⚪︎ If the delivered product is defective, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will exchange or return it.
⚪︎ Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience (different from the image, etc.).
About size exchange
⚪︎ We accept size exchange of the same item only for products that are not made-to-order products .
⚪︎ After purchase, the shipping fee from the shop for the first size exchange will be free of charge.
The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee for the second and subsequent exchanges.
⚪︎ If we are unable to exchange the size of the same item due to lack of product or discontinuation of the item, we will provide a refund.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned
You have 7 days to exchange or return the item after receiving it. Please make sure to check the condition of the product when you receive it. In the following cases, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns.
・ Products that have been delivered for 7 days
・ Products that have been used, repaired, or cleaned
・ Products with lost product tags or purchase statements
・ If the condition of the product (including the box and accessories of the product) at the time of return is clearly damaged, soiled, lost, etc. compared to the time of delivery.
・ If the product is smelled, stained, or scratched by the customer.
If you wish to exchange or return the item, please be sure to contact us in advance and return it within 3 days of receipt.
